Customer Service Representative - Depew, NY

This person will provide customer service via telephone and written correspondence to ensure Contract Review and to enhance customer relations. This individual must interface with all departments & divisions of PCB. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with additional specialized training and a minimum of six years related experience in customer service involving contact with customers, or a combination of education and experience.
