Lean Manufacturing Specialist - Depew, NY

PCB Piezotronics, Inc., a world leader in the manufacture of sensors for test and measurement applications, has an immediate need for a Lean Manufacturing Specialist.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to support Lean initiatives for the organization. This includes: collecting and analyzing data, leading Kaizen events, training and coaching, performing audits, and value stream mapping.

This position requires a four year degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) and three to five years manufacturing experience; with at least one year’s experience leading Lean initiatives. An advanced degree is desired.
